We have worked with Government Agencies, School Boards, and Private Businesses across North America to initiate and maintain free tampon and napkin programs within their facilities.

In recent years, Federal, Provincial, and State governments have set forth regulations to help provide hygiene equality in federally regulated businesses. Recently, the Government of Manitoba has made it mandatory that all workplaces within the province provide tampons and napkins free of charge by August 2026.

Due to health and safety concerns, it is important that these products be securely stored and accessible for those in need. We understand that these programs will add costs to businesses and to help support these initiatives for a limited time we have released a starter bundle that will save businesses 30% off the regular retail pricing.

608-1-FREE - Free Operation Commercial Tampon and Napkin Dispenser

This is a Canadian made, 20 and 22 gauge steel, commercial tampon and napkin dispenser finished in white epoxy powder coated paint. It has two tumbler locks to secure the feminine hygiene products within it. It’s simple to install and maintain. This dispenser has a capacity of 15. No. 4 commercially boxed napkins (11 no.6) and 22 standard commercial tampon tubes. It’s mechanically operated by twisting the dispensing mechanism, which will release the chosen napkin or tampon free of charge.

The dispenser weighs 21lbs and has dimensions of: 37.8cm W x 64.5cm H 14.6cm D (14.9″ W x 25.4″ H x 5.75″ D).

To refill this unit, use the provided keys to open the body and manually insert the desired products in the empty slots. Use the weights provided to secure the product in the slots.  For instructions on how to properly load the dispensers: CLICK HERE

To install the dispenser, we suggest using the appropriate tools for installation, drill mounting holes as required and attach the unit into desired surface. For barrier free mounting ensure that the twist mechanism handle does not exceed 48″ (121.9 cm) above floor level. Please note that it is recommended that all installations be conducted by a qualified tradesperson. Please read and follow installation guidelines provided with the products. Failure to do so may result in serious injury.

650-NA – Case of 250 No. 4 Maxi Pads with Wings

This product is a case of 250 No. 4 Maxi-Pads with wings. Each pad is sealed and boxed for its protection. The pads have channels to absorb and lock in fluid. They also have moisture-proof backing which protects from leakage. They come with an adhesive strip to hold the pads firmly in place. The feminine napkins are both FDA and Health Canada approved.

650-TA – Case of 500 Commercial Standard Tampon Tubes

This product is a case of 500 commercial standard tampon tubes. Each tube is individually wrapped for added protection. The tampons are made from high quality cotton that is dye-free and fragrance-free. The high-quality plastic petal design applicator with rounded tip provides maximum comfort. These tampons are both FDA and Health Canada approved.

Warranty

If any product or part proves to be defective within 12 months from date of shipment from the factory it will be repaired or replaced without any charge including freight costs when authorized. Costs resulting from the installation or removal of defective products are not covered under this warranty. Discolouration to stainless steel parts resulting from exposure to harsh environmental and / or chemicals are not considered to be defects in workmanship or material and are not covered under warranty.
