Any third-party access is strictly prohibited. If unauthorized access is gained through a registered account, it is the responsibility of the Distributor to immediately notify Frost. You agree that you are responsible for all activity done within a registered account and will be responsible for any breach of this obligation, including damages which are connected to a breach without limitation. By registering on the Website, you agree that any information provided may be used by Frost for its own marketing and development purposes.
