  Base and upright tube are one piece all welded construction. Mounting plate is 12 ga. crs in a white epoxy coated finish. A 7" x 7" (18 x18cm) area on the mounting plate can be used for promotional or instruction signage. Waste container on the Code 1600-501 is made of rotomoulded polyethylene and is leak proof.
